Today’s challenge was to share an important lesson we’ve learned.
Mine: We must care for ourselves before helping others, lest there be nothing left to give.
This message has been a recurring theme in readings lately which tells me that it’s important to get the word out. What about you? Do you find yourself giving, and giving, and giving, until you feel all used up?
